Job Overview

We are seeking experienced SEN tutors and teachers for flexible, rewarding work in Kingston and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide face-to-face support to children with ASD, ADHD, PDA, SEMH, or PMLD at their homes or local centres.
  • Develop tailored lessons and resources around students' needs, covering core subjects or life skills.
  • Deliver engaging sessions that cater to individual learning styles.
  • Employ strategies to boost pupils' confidence and motivation.
  • Maintain effective behaviour management techniques.
  • Participate in outdoor activities like plant and nature education.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEND students.
  • A valid enhanced child workforce DBS is mandatory.
Compensation:

£36,101 - £48,622 per annum, dependent on experience. Our estimated salary range reflects the competitive market rate for this role in your location.
