We are seeking a skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team at GenTech Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both trade and retail customers, dealing with pricing enquiries, and continually updating their knowledge of products through company and supplier training.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales/trade counter experience, preferably within the construction industry, and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. They will be a motivated sales negotiator who is results-driven and able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
The role will involve:
- Providing an excellent customer service to both trade and retail customers
- Dealing with pricing enquiries and converting quotations to orders
- Continually updating knowledge of products through company and supplier training
- Developing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships
- Meeting and exceeding sales and margin targets
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE) and will be required to work Monday-Thursday 8.00 am-5.00 pm & Friday 8.00 am-4.00 pm, with Saturdays (Rota Basis 2 per month) 8.30 am - 12.30 pm.
