Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool in Lewes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, supporting their development and well-being.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to learn and grow. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging activities and programs that meet the needs of our children.

You will also be responsible for observing and assessing children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support their development. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals, ensuring a seamless transition for our children.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, starting from £24,000 per annum for Level 2 and £24,000 per annum for Level 3, plus a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse. You will also need to be passionate about providing high-quality care and education, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
