This exciting opportunity will see you take on a key leadership role within our operations teams, overseeing the management of one or more processes and leading a small team of up to 20 colleagues. You will also dedicate 20% of your working time to studying towards a Chartered Management Degree, delivered by Manchester Metropolitan University.

As a successful candidate, you can expect to earn a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a range of benefits including:

To be eligible for this programme, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have lived in the UK or in the EU for the last 3 years
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme (36 months)
  • Not be registered to study on a UK government funded course ending September 2025 or later
  • Be 18 years old or older before the contract start date
  • Be able to read, understand, and communicate in English, and interact and engage comfortably with people at all levels of the business
