Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Commercial Controller. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our business, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, ensuring seamless operations and efficient decision-making.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
