Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Commercial Controller. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer information, vehicle rentals, and sales data.
- Develop and implement effective processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our services and stay ahead of the competition.
