Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Controller. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our light commercial vehicle rental solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services, including vehicle rental and maintenance.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
