About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality in our care homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals to our residents. You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including meal planning, food storage, and food handling
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Support the kitchen team in the preparation and serving of meals
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain accurate records of food inventory and supplies
