Software Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Moving Team, you will be responsible for surveying, evaluating, quoting, and booking customers' international removal, packing, shipping, and storage requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual surveys to assess clients' household and personal effects and identify their requirements;
- Promote our expertise and range of services, and counsel clients on our procedures, documentation, transport and shipping options, transit insurance, and foreign customs requirements, as applicable;
- Use our designated company-directed software (Yembo or equivalent) to provide a detailed pre-move survey report form, with a detailed list of the intended goods to be submitted for removal, estimated volume(s), equivalent weight, list of required packing materials, wooden cases (crates), special handling equipment, vehicles, exceptional items requiring additional manpower or other specialist or external assistance, access, carry, and parking restrictions, to facilitate the preparation of accurate quotations and allocation of resources to properly carry out the removal;
- Adhere to role-specific KPIs around surveys, quotations, bookings, revenue, and margin reporting;
- Experience in sales and preferably virtual surveying, although training will be given;
- Excellent communication skills, both through email and video call to both internal and external customers;
