Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Greeting and Support: Greet clients and visitors in person, provide assistance, and ensure legal advisors are notified promptly to prevent waiting times.
  2. Telephone Management: Answer telephone calls via Microsoft Teams, direct calls to the appropriate recipient, and collect relevant information for forwarding to legal advisors.
  3. Reception and Meeting Room Management: Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and stocked with supplies and refreshments.
  4. General Administration: Perform general administration duties as required, including monitoring visitors and deliveries, documenting incidents, and upholding high security standards.
