Culinary Team Lead Job Description

At Holroyd Howe, we are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team of experienced professionals. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality food services to children of all ages.

The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef/Manager in all aspects of running the kitchen, ensuring that our catering service provision meets the bespoke requirements of our clients.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of allergen management and strong knowledge of all HACCP processes. NVQ 1/2/3 qualifications and 706 1/2 certification are highly desirable.

As a Culinary Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Head Chef/Manager in kitchen operations
  • Managing allergen protocols and HACCP processes
  • Developing and implementing menu plans
  • Leading a team of kitchen staff
