About the Opportunity:
Sytner Select Nottingham is seeking an accomplished General Sales Manager to join their management team in the BMW MINI Division.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales excellence and customer retention in the used vehicle operation.
You will lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, delivering coaching sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to ensure maximum profitability.
This is a full-time role that requires flexibility, including weekends, to provide exceptional customer service.
About You:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in a similar position within the automotive industry.
You will have a deep understanding of how to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximize profitability across all areas of the Sales department.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to operate to high standards, bring new ideas to the table, and drive sales team performance.
