Weekend Supervisor

As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food services during weekends. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the front-of-house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils. Additionally, you will follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
Other key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies, notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies, and providing friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Food Services Supervisor with a background in exceptional food catering services. Ideally, you will have experience working within education catering and possess good Health & Safety knowledge.
You will be a flexible team player with a can-do attitude, excellent organization skills, and attention to detail. You will also have great customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure.
