About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Fleet Management Director to lead our fleet operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fleet strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fleet strategies to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs
  • Lead a team of fleet managers to ensure effective fleet operations and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage fleet budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in a senior role
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
