Experienced Residential Service Manager

Domus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Folkestone, specializing in care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and management to the staff team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management and financial planning to ensure the service's sustainability and growth.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including CQC standards, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of care and service delivery, promoting a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC, Health and Safety, and Local Authority requirements.
- Proven experience in managing residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
- Background in staff recruitment and occupancy management.
- Experience in line managing a large staff team.
