We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Folkestone. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage the service's P&L, ensuring financial stability and growth
- Lead a team of colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, promoting independence and positive outcomes for service users
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
