HR Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to join our team at Sirius Search. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of a first-class HR service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Database Management: Maintain and update our internal HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and employees to deliver a seamless HR experience.
  3. HR Queries and Support: Respond to basic HR-related queries and provide data/information where required.
  4. New Starter Process: Support with the new starter process, induction, and onboarding of new hires.
  5. Contractual Changes and Leaver Process: Assist with the administration of contractual changes and the end-to-end leaver process.
  6. HR Metrics and KPIs: Provide data for key HR metrics and KPIs.
  7. Time and Attendance: Track time and attendance data to support the sickness management process.
  8. Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment practices, including advertising vacancies, screening telephone conversations, and arranging interviews.
  9. Training and Development: Assist with training course bookings, collating training information, and feedback.
