HR Administrator Opportunity

We are working with our client based in Rochester to recruit an HR Administrator to join them on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable employer who prides themselves on staff longevity and offer excellent benefits.

You will be working as part of a small but busy HR team and will have the opportunity to learn and develop within the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees
  • Process employment reference checks and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Book inductions for new starters and ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Finance teams as needed
