Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sirius Search. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update internal HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and employees to deliver a first-class HR service.
  • Respond to basic HR-related queries and provide data/information where required.
  • Support the new starter process, including induction and onboarding, to provide a seamless experience.
  • Assist with the administration of contractual changes and the end-to-end leaver process.
  • Provide data for key HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Track time and attendance data to support the sickness management process.
  • Support recruitment practices by assisting with advertising vacancies, conducting screening telephone conversations, and arranging interviews.
  • Assist with training course bookings, collating training information, and providing feedback.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in HR administration and a Level 3 CIPD qualification (desirable). You will be proactive, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering excellent HR services, we would love to hear from you.
