About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Selco Builders Warehouse. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting our Branch team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Cash and Banking Procedures: Carry out daily cash and banking procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Payroll and HR Records: Update colleague payroll reconciliation and HR records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  4. Branch Support: Support the Branch team in various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
  5. Contracted Hours: Work within the contracted hours of 17-24, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
