We seek a seasoned Account Manager to grow our client base through positive relationship evolution.

  • Client Relationships

Maintain lasting relationships with clients to maintain and expand business, providing exceptional service and support.

  • Communication

Maintain open communication channels to ensure deliverable agreement, deadlines, and expectations.

  • Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams and clients for effective service delivery, balancing client needs with business objectives.

  • Business Processes

Contribute to process improvements and streamlining.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in responsible sourcing and sustainability with major retail clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client relationships, delivering all agreed services.
  • Ensure client business growth and identify future commercial opportunities.
  • Meet client weekly metrics, including assessment completion, through prioritization with other teams.
  • Work with Assessment and Client & Supplier Engagement teams to deliver completed supply chain and product technical file assessments.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration for system development, assessment work, process standardization, and client communications.
  • Provide clients with business updates on systems, assessments, processes, and legislative changes.
  • Cover commercial team management when needed.
  • Demonstrate key values and behaviors across the business.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Significant Account Management experience.
  • Contract and commercial management skills.
  • People management experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Project Management skills, completing deliverables within timelines.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Supply chain knowledge, responsible sourcing, and product technical file compliance would be advantageous.
  • Location: based near our Brighton Hub.
