Senior Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at the Royal Brompton Hospital. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in the respiratory in-patient department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of nurses in the respiratory in-patient department.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on respiratory care and management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- First-level registration as a nurse.
- Post-qualification experience in respiratory care.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
