Estimator Position Overview

As a key member of our team, the Estimator will collaborate with commercial and project managers to establish initial project budgets and forecast cash flow. This role requires delivering precise estimates and practical solutions to increase the likelihood of winning contracts. The successful candidate will maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, project and operations teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include updating the internal database with detailed client and project information, completing the final estimate preparation, and working with the projects department to prepare and issue cost variations for ongoing projects.

Estimator Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience within a similar position, a full driving license, and experience in design & build projects. They should also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a working knowledge of JCT D&B and NEC3 forms or contract and procedures.

Estimator Position Remuneration

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE), 30 days holiday including company and public holidays, a pension scheme, critical health insurance after qualifying period, death in service insurance, exclusive access to the Company's Employee Assistance Programme, and gym membership discount.
