Job Description:

As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and companionship. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Manage medications and administer as required
* Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

**Requirements:**
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (due to the need to travel to client locations)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to clients
