About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer a high volume of email requests, ensuring efficient and effective communication with patients and referrers.
  • Liaise with patients to book appointments and ensure the best use of everyone's time.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date records of all patients, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
