About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist with medication administration and follow care plans
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in activities to promote their well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care and support

About You:
