About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at Oaklea Care. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their own homes or in our residential settings.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to develop skills for independence and community involvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
