  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Administer medication as required, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and hobbies, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
