We are seeking a highly skilled occupational therapist to join our team in a 37.5 hours per week capacity.

About the Role

This opportunity involves working in a fast-paced mental health treatment unit, providing individualized therapy programs to patients with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective intervention strategies, promoting occupational skills and mental wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Providing education and training to staff
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.

Desirable qualifications include experience working in a healthcare setting and/or with clients with mental health diagnosis or challenging behaviors for at least 2 years.
