Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Event Sales Coordinator. This role involves building targeted audiences for trade shows and one-day events, establishing relationships with key travel buyers, and managing a portfolio of travel buyer contacts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contact data providers to build and maintain accurate records of personal KPIs and targets
  • Attend industry events to identify new leads and track changes to existing lead information
  • Develop an online community via social media to support table sales and award entries
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide insights on industry news and trends
Requirements
  • A strong aptitude and interest in delegate sales, preferably with prior experience in delegate sales and administrative functions
  • Exceptional telephone skills and strong communication abilities
  • The ability to quickly learn CRM, accounting, and business delivery software applications
  • An understanding of unique selling points (USPs), competitor events, market trends, and developments
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Compensation Package

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
