Job Description

The Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Bracknell. This role will provide enhanced clinical support and expertise to patients, implementing evidence-based practice to ensure best patient care.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will lead and support our community nurses, providing clinical supervision, induction, preceptorship, and development of staff. You will also be responsible for monitoring clinical supervision and maintaining high standards of care.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure care in your locality is based on sound assessment and care planning processes.
  • Provide education opportunities and training for all staff and students.
  • Develop district nursing practice in a defined area, developing and using relationships with other primary care team members.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified nurse with extensive community experience and experience of managing a team. You should have knowledge relating to practice assessor qualification and be able to demonstrate recent innovative practice.
