Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse - Renal Vascular Access/Home Haemodialysis
Salary Range: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for leading clinical teams and delivering high-quality patient care in renal vascular access and home haemodialysis. This role requires a registered nurse with 6 years of post-qualification experience, including 4 years in the speciality area. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A recent clinical experience in related speciality areas is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the changing needs of patients.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and support staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
