We are seeking an exceptional Financial Operations Coordinator to join our finance team. As a key role within the company, this position offers more opportunity and variation than similar positions elsewhere.
The successful candidate will work within the finance team to ensure all accounts related tasks are completed methodically and on time. This includes daily work within several cloud-based accounting packages for accounting, lease management, asset management, and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining contracts on our leasing systems
- Ensuring accurate financial records and timely invoicing
- Providing administrative support to the finance team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in cloud-based accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
