Job Description: Sales Operations Coordinator

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by ensuring seamless processes and efficient systems. You will work closely with our underwriting and payout teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage finance proposals in our Point-Of-Sale system, entering customer details and financial quotes
  • Monitor proposal status updates and transpose this information into our customer portal system
  • Liaise with underwriting and payout teams to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed
  • Support line managers with specific departmental duties and adhere to all regulatory requirements

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an office environment, working Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm/6pm (dependent on rota). After full training, you will have the opportunity to work from home two days a week.

Requirements:

  • Education to A-level standard or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, based on experience.
