Part-time Hospital Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-time Hospital Pharmacist to join our team at a hospital in the Midlands area. As a Part-time Hospital Pharmacist, you will be responsible for covering various physical health wards, completing clinical screening of prescriptions, and dispensing medication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering various physical health wards, including Renal, Medical, Surgical, and Orthopaedic wards
  • Completing clinical screening of prescriptions and dispensing medication
  • Working in a predominantly ward-based post with minimal dispensary cover needed

Requirements:

  • Some prior community pharmacy experience
  • Keen to work within the NHS and learn quickly

Working Arrangements:

  • Part-time hours (2-3 weekdays per week)
  • 9am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch)
  • No on-call or weekend working needed

About the Role:

This is a short-term post for 6 months, and we are looking for someone to start immediately. The hospital is a small community hospital located in the Midlands area, and we are committed to providing high-quality patient care.
