Part-time Hospital Pharmacist Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time hospital pharmacist to join our team at a community hospital in the Midlands. As a ward-based pharmacist, you will be responsible for covering various physical health wards and completing clinical screening of prescriptions and dispensing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical screening of prescriptions and dispensing services
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective medication management strategies
  • Contribute to the development of ward-based policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medication management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
