Job Description
We're looking for a motivated, driven individual who's keen to get the job done to the best of their ability. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive a comprehensive induction and a tailored 3-month training program to set you up for success. You'll have the opportunity to specialise in a dedicated niche throughout your career, inheriting clients and job opportunities from day one, with ongoing access to new business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need some experience in Customer Service or Sales, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll be working closely with clients and candidates, so it's essential you're confident, enthusiastic, and have a passion for building relationships.
Benefits
We're proud to offer a competitive base salary of £20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience) and an uncapped commission structure, with the potential to earn £30,000 in your first year. You'll also enjoy 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension contributions on both salary and commission, and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
