**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Scour and identify burgeoning acting talent through a variety of avenues, encompassing auditions, showcases, and industry engagements.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with actors, delivering bespoke guidance and support throughout the trajectory of their careers.
- Advocate for clients, procuring auditions, meetings, and casting opportunities with casting directors, producers, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and endorsements on behalf of clients, safeguarding their interests and welfare.
- Remain abreast of prevailing industry trends, casting calls, and project openings to proficiently advocate for clients.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to devise and implement strategic marketing and promotional initiatives for clients.
- Oversee administrative duties pertinent to client management, including appointment scheduling, document organisation, and database maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrable experience as a Talent Agent or akin role within the entertainment sphere.
- Extensive network of contacts within the industry, comprising casting directors, producers, and talent agencies.
- Superlative communication, interpersonal, and negotiation proficiencies.
- Adept multitasker, adept at prioritisation, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Profound passion for the entertainment sector and an authentic zeal for fostering talent.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and familiarity with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a cognate field or equivalent experience.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
