North Lanarkshire Council is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for its residents and visitors. As a CCTV Monitoring Officer, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to provide assistance to the public on a range of issues, including anti-social behaviour and homeless services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a good understanding of CCTV systems and procedures. You should also have experience of working with IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to dealing with sensitive circumstances.

The salary for this role is £26,412-£27,722 per annum, plus appropriate allowances. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays*, and access to a wide range of benefits, including a learning and development programme through our Learning Academy LearnNL.
