About the Role

Flexibility is key in our stores, and you may be required to work additional hours as needed. As an O2 Retail Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional in-store performance and customer care, while collaborating with your team to achieve your store's broader goals. We will equip and empower you to excel in this role by helping you understand our customers' needs and recommending the best products and services to enhance their digital lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Become an expert in all things O2, promoting our products, services, and brand.
  2. Consistently meet store targets by creating tailored recommendations and sharing our 'Why O2?' message.
  3. Take ownership of your own performance and contribute to the overall success of O2.
  4. Embrace opportunities for personal development with support from store leadership and O2 resources.
Training and Development

Experience an exceptional induction program that delves deep into all aspects of Virgin Media O2. We'll discuss this further at your telephone interview.
