Job Title: Designer / Sales Consultant - Bespoke Furniture

We are seeking a skilled Designer / Sales Consultant to join our team at The Design and Interiors Recruitment Company. As a luxury, bespoke dressing room and wardrobe design business, we require a professional who can provide exceptional design services to high-end clients.

The successful candidate will spend approximately 75% of their working week visiting clients in their homes, advising on design options, finishes, and colors. They will also produce CAD drawings to help clients visualize their perfect design. The remaining 25% of the time will be spent on administration, working from home.

We are looking for a Designer / Sales consultant who can effectively manage clients in the areas of Cambridge, Essex, North London, and parts of Kent. A competitive commission structure is in place, offering 4% of all sales, which can add £20,000+ to the basic salary, plus bonuses.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, has a passion for great design, and possesses experience in selling interior design products, combined with a talented sales approach. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, with no weekends required. Salary is negotiable based on experience, plus holiday, pension, car allowance/mileage, and the requirement of an own car.
