Senior Recruitment Specialist

As a Senior Recruitment Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and candidates
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated region and specialism
- Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase your expertise and build trust
- Liaise effectively with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the candidate market and industry trends
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including our database, job boards, and social networks
- Meet with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences, and needs
- Build trusting relationships with candidates through support and honest advice
- Provide excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers
- Support new recruits in understanding our approach to recruitment
- Share your expertise with colleagues to improve their technique
- Take ownership of business development and lead by example, living by the Chase & Holland principles of Honesty, Passion, and Courage
- A genuine interest in building relationships with both clients and candidates
- A strong background in recruitment or a related field (or a passion for making the transition into recruitment)
- Natural confidence in communicating with people at all levels
- A positive and resilient attitude, with a drive to succeed and build a successful career
- A university-level degree is preferred but not essential
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work to tight deadlines
Chase & Holland acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers. We specialise in finance, supply chain, HR, IT, and office support recruitment, and comfortably service Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, and Lincolnshire.
