We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Scientist to join our Nuclear Medicine Physics team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
As a Senior Clinical Research Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting and developing our Diagnostic Nuclear Medicine and PET services, as well as our expanding Radionuclide Therapy service.
You will work closely with our team of scientists to develop and deliver Nuclear Medicine and PET services, and contribute to the group's growing involvement in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and develop Diagnostic Nuclear Medicine and PET services
- Contribute to the group's growing involvement in clinical research
- Work closely with the team to develop and deliver Nuclear Medicine and PET services
Requirements:
- State Registered Clinical Scientist
- Certified Medical Physics Expert for Nuclear Medicine physics services
- In-depth knowledge of current practice in diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine
- Experience of providing complex scientific advice
- Experience of practical radionuclide therapy dosimetry
