Riverside Recruitment is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to join their team in Carlisle. This role plays a pivotal part in the success of our Manufacturing site, which is embarking on an exciting journey to become the UK's flagship sweet treat manufacturer.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our recruitment efforts and develop our people. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and be able to identify top talent to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that align with our business goals
- To manage a team of recruitment professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
- To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation and external partners to attract top talent
Requirements:
- A strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the organisation
- A proven track record of delivering results-driven recruitment strategies and building high-performing teams
