Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent for manufacturing companies, with a strong understanding of the industry's needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement labour planning strategies to meet client demands
  2. Maintain relationships with agency providers and negotiate rates
  3. Manage direct reports and provide coaching and development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Proven track record of engaging with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly analytical and business-aware
