Job Title:

Interim EMEA Payroll Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Interim EMEA Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for 400 employees across 9 payrolls.

Working with outsourced vendors, you'll ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations during a critical period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll processing across 9 EMEA countries.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors for seamless operation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing multi-country EMEA payroll including Belgian Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Salary:

£300 per day (plus expenses)
