Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Document Controller to join our team on a FTC basis at CV Library. The ideal candidate will be working on building projects up to £50m in value, covering sectors such as new build, refurbishment, and fit-out works.
The company you will be working for is widely recognised for their expertise in MoJ, education, healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. As a Document Controller, you will implement the project CDE, manage file structures, security rights, workflows, and voting rights.
- Implement Project CDE: Set up project file structure, virtual file links, email file links, security rights, workflows, and voting rights.
- Input Asset Data: Accurately input asset data into the project system.
- Manage Design Documentation: Oversee the printing of project design documentation and maintain hard copy records on site.
- Upload As-Built Drawings: Ensure all As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Health and Safety File, and Post Construction Stage BREEAM documentation are uploaded to the project CDE.
- Support Users: Provide guidance and training to users of the project CDE, adhering to Conduct Regulations 2003.
