Customer Service Specialist

Promote the UCC brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and efficient service call management. With a strong focus on quality, our ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a range of coffee equipment to ensure consistent high-quality results.
The Role- Carry out thorough diagnoses and repairs of complex coffee equipment issues, ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with specified procedures.
- Collaborate closely with our central call centre to provide timely updates and ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and exceeding their expectations.
- Adhere to Health and Safety protocols, identifying potential risks and reporting them promptly to management.
- Complete accurate job sheets, time sheets, and other documentation as required, ensuring timely review and validation of client satisfaction.
- Maintain good working order of all tools, equipment, and vehicles supplied by the company, reporting any issues or malfunctions to your line manager daily.
- Manage spare parts inventory effectively, ensuring accurate invoicing and replenishment of stock levels.
- A passionate individual with a genuine interest in customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
- Excellent understanding of coffee quality and associated equipment, with robust problem-solving skills and an electrical mechanical background.
- Proficient in using computer systems and possessing a clean driving license.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,580 (OTE £33k) plus a company vehicle, 25 days' holiday, pension scheme, employee assistance programme, life assurance, and additional benefits.
