We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, providing expert assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Order Processing: Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely delivery to meet customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries in our database, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to support sales, chase quotations, and assist in business development initiatives, driving growth and success.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer-centric principles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software, leveraging technology to enhance productivity.
