Senior Elderly Care Manager

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Dream Medical, specializing in elderly care. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior nurse professional to play an important part of the onsite clinical and management team.
The successful candidate will report into the Registered Manager and be clinically responsible for certain operational areas. Additionally, they will manage the staff team, including sickness management, staff training and development, and coaching and mentoring. Supporting elderly service users, preferably those with dementia, is also a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinically lead operational teams
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training and performance management
- Support vulnerable adults, focusing on dementia care
Requirements:
- NMC Registration and Pin
- Managerial experience within healthcare
- Elderly care or dementia care experience
